Singaraja Space Access (select packages only):

• Access to Singaraja Space is from 7am–11pm daily, with fresh fruit, coffee, tea and soft drinks available all day for onsite consumption only (select packages only).

• Daily afternoon tea at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 2pm–4pm and includes a selection of sandwiches, cookies and sweet snacks.

• Daily free-flow drinks at Singaraja Space (select packages only) is from 5.30pm–6.30pm and includes a selection of beers and white, red and sparkling wine.

InterContinental Club Lounge Access (select packages only):

• Guests staying in club rooms (select packages only) can enjoy a four-course daily afternoon tea of Western and Indonesian delicacies in the InterContinental Club from 2pm–4pm, as well as two hours of free-flow house wine, selected cocktails and canapes from 5pm–7pm. Children aged 12 years and under will not be allowed access to the Club Lounge during cocktail hours. Alternatively, families with children can choose to be served at the Club InterContinental Pool Bar during these hours only.

• InterContinental Club Lounge access (select packages only) also includes complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks, exclusive access to Club InterContinental’s Serenity Pool, preferred seating in resort restaurants, club rooms in the dedicated club wing, VIP check-in and checkout and Club InterContinental breakfast from 7am–10.30am.

• Please note, outside of cocktail and canape hour at InterContinental Club Lounge, the Club InterContinental Pool is designated exclusively for adult guests (12+) to provide a more tranquil and relaxing environment for Club InterContinental guests. For families with children under 12 years old, the hotel is pleased to offer alternative pool options that are more vibrant and family-friendly, including the Balinese Bath Pool and the Planet Trekkers Pool, both designed to provide fun and engaging experiences for younger guests.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.

• You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:

  • Flight number and arrival time

  • Child seats requirements

  • Number of pieces of luggage including large items

• You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.

• Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.

• A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.

• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.

Atlas Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: Entry to Atlas Beach Club (16+ only) and Atlas Super Club (18+ only), complimentary welcome drink per person (select beers, cocktails or soft drinks), 10% dining discount OR 15% daybed or sofa bed discount, complimentary bottle of wine if booking upgraded to VIP sofa (pre-booking required) and complimentary towels

• Access to Atlas Beach Club or Atlas Super Club is permitted one time at any stage during your stay.

• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay

• Strictly no walk-ins. Reservations only.

• No cameras and no drones are permitted.

• No food and beverages from outside are permitted.

• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at Atlas Beach Club are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.

• Minimum age of entry is 16+. This venue does not allow entry to children 16 or below, and no kid’s club is available.

• Transport to and from the beach club is not included, however can be arranged for a fee by emailing luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com or via WhatsApp +62 811 3960 6800.

CANNA Bali Beach Club Inclusions & Fine Print:

• Includes: One-day entry to CANNA Bali beach club in Nusa Dua per person, complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person, complimentary ice cream treat per child, free canoe hire, IDR100,000 discount per package toward 60-minute full-body massage, IDR100,000 discount per package toward jug of sangria, IDR500,000 discount per package toward Heritage Set Menu in Cliff Restaurant (applicable with minimum purchase of two set menus; reservation required), IDR 500,000 discount per package toward purchase of second bottle of selected wine, use of the Luxury Escapes pre-departure lounge located within CANNA Bali with bag storage, showers and more.

• This experience does not need to be used on final day of travel. Access to CANNA Bali is permitted one time at any stage during your stay

• This experience is valid for the number of guests included in your Luxury Escapes Bali stay.

• Guests must make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp (+62 823-4558-0600), quoting your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number. The reservations team will confirm your time, cocktail/mocktail drink choice, and any dining at Cliff Restaurant. Strictly no walk-ins, reservations only.

• Upon arrival, please provide your Luxury Escapes purchase ID number and booking information. You will be provided with a voucher to redeem your drink choice.

• CANNA Bali beach club is open daily from 10am to 10pm (last orders at 9:45pm) & Cliff Restaurant is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 10pm, and Friday to Sunday from 11am to 10pm.

• If dining at Cliff Restaurant, you must show your reservation confirmation to be permitted entry.

• No cameras and no drones are permitted. No food and beverages from outside are permitted.

• Seating and tables (such as lounges, daybeds etc.) at CANNA Bali are not included in the entry fee and must be pre-booked (surcharges apply).

• Must be 21+ years for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.

• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult guardian aged 18+. Children must be supervised at all times.

• Pre-Departure Lounge at CANNA Bali: For guests wishing to use the lounge and beach club facilities on the day of departure – if your hotel package includes return airport transfers, please notify our transfer partner of your CANNA Bali pickup when confirming your transfer booking, or by messaging on WhatsApp +62 811 3830 1800 to amend your departure transfer pick-up location.

• Transfers to CANNA Bali from your hotel are not included, but can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com to arrange.

• If you do not have included airport transfers, transfers between CANNA Bali and the airport are at an additional cost, please email luxuryescapes@icstravelgroup.com in advance for booking.
